Bart is our Strategic & Creative Lead – steering smart marketing strategies and guiding the creative direction across projects. With years of experience in web design and digital marketing, he mentors our specialists, supports account managers, and keeps our work sharp, effective, and full of personality to help clients get results.

Working from his boat in Dover, Bart brings big-picture thinking, clever solutions, and plenty of enthusiasm – making him our coach, problem-solver, and adventurer all in one.

Operations Lead, Edinburgh

Ellie is the engine room of Planit Scotland, keeping projects running smoothly and making sure the whole team has what they need to do their best work. With a background in event management and years of operational know-how, she’s the calm, steady presence who keeps clients happy, projects on track, and the team supported.

From scheduling and systems to client reporting and resourcing, Ellie ensures everything flows the way it should. She’s our planner, our organiser, and the one who spots problems before they happen – always with a positive attitude and a focus on helping the team hit our goals and deliver great results for clients.

As our PR & Awards Executive, she shines a spotlight on our clients by crafting compelling narratives that grab attention, build credibility, and help businesses get the recognition they deserve.

Campaign & Social Executive, Inverness

As our Campaign & Social Executive, Becca leads social media activity across her assigned client accounts, taking full ownership of both day-to-day social delivery and short-term, objective-led campaigns. She is responsible for planning, creating, delivering, and improving social activity so it clearly supports client goals.

Becca’s work spans social strategy, content planning, campaign delivery, and performance reporting, making sure social activity is planned with intent and delivered with purpose. Confident, organised, and strategically curious, she plays a key role in client relationships — helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident in the work being delivered.

Tracy

SEO & Social Media Executive, Aberdeen

As our SEO & Social Media Executive, Tracy plays a key role in delivering intent-led SEO across client accounts at Planit Scotland. She works closely with the wider team to ensure websites are structured around real user needs, helping the right people find the right content at the right time.

Tracy’s work spans keyword research, SEO audits, content planning, and internal linking, with social media used to support wider SEO and campaign goals. Thoughtful and detail-focused, she takes the time to understand why SEO decisions are made, ensuring her work supports user experience, clear journeys, and meaningful outcomes for clients.

Jonathan

Graduate Graphic & Web Designer, Swindon

As our Graduate Graphic & Web Designer, Jonathan supports the design and build of client websites and visual assets across Planit Scotland. He works closely with Matt and the wider team to turn ideas, briefs, and requirements into clear, well-considered design that works both visually and functionally.

Jonathan’s work spans graphic design, page layouts, and WordPress website builds, with a strong focus on consistency, usability, and attention to detail. Thoughtful and keen to understand the why behind design decisions, he’s building a solid foundation across both design and web – helping ensure client work is practical, polished, and fit for purpose.

Nathan

Marketing Intern, Inverness

Just starting out on his marketing journey, Nathan has joined Team Planit as our latest intern.

An eye for design detail and a strong sense of what tells a good story are both indicators that Nathan is learning fast. Having never known the world without the internet, Nathan is also a dab hand at social media engagement!

He also brings a strong sense of teamwork from his time spent on the pitch with Highland Rugby Club.
