As the Account Development Lead at Planit Scotland, your core mission is to deliver growth and results for our clients. Every month you will be in charge of planning strategies on how best we can help them achieve their goals, and then your plan is shared throughout the wider team to deliver it. This role is suited for a proactive, results driven individual, with a love of business and someone who thrives in a fast paced working environment.

You will implement strategies to enhance account management practices, driven by a KPI-focused attitude in all aspects of our operations.

Your role will involve leading on certain client accounts, leveraging data insights to identify opportunities for service enhancement, and collaborating with the team to increase service delivery. Your strategic leadership, analytical mindset, and commitment to excellence will be crucial in driving the success and expansion of our client portfolio.

You will excel in this role if you have worked in marketing for over 5 years – your experience will support the increase of KPIs across our client portfolio.

Reports to: Managing Director / Operations Lead

Collaboration with:

Operations Lead, Client Engagement Lead, Account Management Leads/Executive, Online Ads & SEO Lead, Events & Admin Support.

The job involves:

Business Development Strategy: – Work with our Operations Lead to develop and implement strategies for account growth. You will be working on a variety of accounts, from small businesses to large multinational operations (£100+ million turnover).

Account Management Enhancement: – Implement processes to ensure existing clients receive a service that is second to none, driven by a KPI-focused attitude in all aspects of our operations.

Data Analysis: – Utilise data insights to identify opportunities for service enhancement and drive strategic decision-making processes.

Account Leadership: – Lead on certain client accounts, overseeing their management and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

Team Collaboration: – Collaborate with the Client Engagement Lead, Account Management Team Lead, and other team members to optimise client outcomes and enhance service delivery.

Strategic Planning: – Develop and execute strategic plans within each client account.

Performance Monitoring: – Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards business development goals and ensure alignment with our service standards.

Client Relationship Management: – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring their needs are met.

Success will be measured by:

  • Business Growth: Achieving targets for client acquisition, revenue growth, and service expansion.
  • Process Improvement: Implementing processes to enhance client onboarding and existing client services, driven by KPI-focused attitudes.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leveraging data insights to identify opportunities and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery and relationship management.

Pay: £28,500.00-£32,500.00 per year
