Our Planit Scotland team place emphasis on continuous development and are always expanding our knowledge!

Both Cecilia Grigor (MD) and Caitlin Brown (Project Support) have received certificates following their participation in recent marketing courses. We’re lucky to see some unique learning opportunities coming to the Highlands of Scotland, those of which we have attended have been incredibly beneficial for our work with current clients.

Cecilia attended a two-day intensive Strategic Marketing Masterclass delivered by Dr Mario Vafeas, Bristol Business School. The focus was on strategy and how to tailor marketing activities and manage the processes to better target customers and benefit business. Using insights to better understand your audience and analyse the market was a key message and Cecilia was equipped with lots of skills to really delve into the analytics!

Cecilia said ‘it is an exciting time to work in marketing with constant changes to the industry. As a team, we need to make sure that we are on top of our game for clients at all times and that is why courses like this are so crucial to ensure our services are the best they can be’.

Caitlin has completed a 12 month programme and received a Diploma in Digital Marketing from Youtrain Scotland. Over the last year she’s participated in a number of group learning sessions and online courses which have covered a range of topics associated with digital marketing.

Caitlin mentioned ‘I really enjoyed upping my skills in e-marketing as I realise mail-shots are such a powerful way of getting a message to the right people at the right time, if created in an eye-catching way with impactful copy’.

Caitlin currently supports over 8 clients throughout the UK with social media marketing, market research and newsletter advertising.
