Loch Ness Knit Fest 2017

Loch Ness Knit Fest pulls on the rich cultural crafting history that we’re really passionate about here in Scotland. Last year 1200+ visitors from over 20 different countries joined in the fun so we’re really excited to soon share the truly immersive programme for this year’s event, it’s set to be bigger and better than ever before!


Falls of Shin Launch

The Falls of Shin re-launched after a fire that took place in 2013.  The old site was completely destroyed.  In 2016 The Kyle of Sutherland Development Trust won a contract to start work on bringing this very popular tourist and local attraction back to life.  Over three days we will welcome the local schools, local businesses and have a fun open day working with many entertainers from throughout the Highlands.

Pop up and Play

Free Pop Up Play event to help kids explore their imagination. Play Highland have organised a pop up play event on Church Street, Sunday 12th March from 11am-3pm.   We are working on this event with the Highland Council.

ISESSAH aims to improve animal health and welfare policies, programme and projects through more nuanced use of concepts and tools available in economics and social science disciplines. In the process it will provide opportunities for animal health professionals globally to achieve wider societal benefits from animals in society.
